Return Policy

Returns: We will accept the return of any unused item in its original condition (package not opened ), for any reason, within 30 days of receipt of your order except for any electrical items and items listed under the Non-Returnable Products list below. Items returned could be subject to a handling and/or restocking charge that will depend on the policies of the manufacturer and/or distributor of the product and the condition of the item being returned. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. You will be responsible for the shipping fees to and from your shipping location. If we made a mistake in your order, we will refund your shipping fees for returns.


Return Policy: Returns are created by logging into your account and clicking the return button on the order in question. After we've processed your return request you'll receive an RMA number. We will refuse delivery of any package not clearly marked with an RMA number, and it will be returned to you.


Non-returnable Products: Including but not limited to all electrical/electronic items, cut lengths of rope, cut lengths of wire, rigging fabricated to your specifications, custom-made products, sails, software, electronic charts, blister-packed products that have been opened, life rafts, night vision products, and all Westland Custom/Exact Fit Boat & PWC Covers are not returnable.  If a non-returnable item is defective, we will gladly repair or replace the item. We will not accept the return of any item that is not in its original packaging with all manuals, original packing material and warranty cards in place.  All Westland custom covers may be subject to a cancellation fee if canceled prior to shipping, if the cover is too far into the manufacturing process a cancellation and refund will not be possible.

 

Refunds: We promise to do our best to promptly credit your account for returns, however, items that are not in condition for immediate resale (i.e. open boxes) may be subject to manufacturer inspection prior to issuing you a credit. Products returned for credit are subject to inspection by the manufacturer/distributor prior to credit being issued for the return. Please be aware that this inspection process takes time and it can take 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your return for us to credit your account.
